Our little house family that we feel blessed to see each day.
We sent Juma to get a malaria test this week, sure enough he had it. Luckily, totally treatable and feeling much better since he started his medicine. Juma is quiet, sweet and charming. Daudie is hsterical and laughs at almost everything we say. We had 20 of our local friends over for dinner tonight and both Daudie and Juma danced with us.

great recent pics, grets. Did Masoud recover from his malaria? and is it contagious? do you only get it from mosquitos? Has Kim been able to get much research done and have you had a chance to help her? Love your stories about the classroom, Nini must love all that you do with her. She'll remember all these experiences her whole life. Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteIs Juma a bike rider? I like his colorful shirt. Are the roads paved out where you live? We had a nice time in boise with no committments and we rode our bikes both days. Had dinner with Nancy at Mai Tai after seeing the new movie "Babies"which just came out. A documentary about the lives of 4 newborns from birth to walking. Kids were from San Fran, mongolia, Nimibia, and japan. no dialouge, just how the different parents raised their kids. Outstanding, you'll have to see it when you get back. We're going to J&N's this Pm for a mother day's hike with the dog's. We have nice weather here today. Talk to you tonight, sweety.Love, Dawdee
